| Biography:
Randy Sellier is involved in a wide range of commercial litigations, arbitrations
and mediations, including in the areas of securities litigation, products liability (including as it relates to construction and architects liability)
and employment litigation. Randy is also active in various forms of alternative
dispute resolution, both on behalf of clients and as a court appointed mediator
in the federal and state courts. Randy has significant substantive experience
in a number of areas, including:
General Commercial Litigation
Cases involving accountants' liability, construction, contracts, loan agreements,
distribution agreements, legal malpractice, insurance, entertainment, real
estate, environmental and international commercial disputes.
Securities
Primarily defense of federal securities claims and related derivative actions,
as well as work on behalf of institutional plaintiffs; internal investigations
and defense of alleged insider trading.
Employment
Litigation concerning non-competition and non-solicitation agreements; defense
of alleged race, gender, age, disability, and sexual preference discrimination
claims; litigation concerning employment contracts and severance benefits;
counseling in connection with employment and severance arrangements.
Products Liability
Responsible for the defense of a major provider of medical products in numerous
litigations pending in various federal and state courts.
Partnerships and Closely Held Corporations
Representations involving litigation and advice to partnerships, partners,
corporations and shareholders in businesses such as investment banking, advertising,
shipping, air freight, public relations, and nursing homes, as well as law
firms; litigation concerning valuation disputes; disputes arising out of the
sale of a business.
Bankruptcy
Special litigation counsel to corporate debtor; representation of creditors.

in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, and Supreme
Court, State of New York, New York County, and as Director and Secretary of
the International League for Human Rights.
