| Biography:
Susan Moletto is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Proskauer Rose's Los Angeles office. Ms. Moletto has represented lenders, pension funds and fund advisors, private equity and venture capital funds and both private and public companies (including REITs) in connection with asset purchases and dispositions, development projects, commercial leasing, CMBS loan transactions, secured and mezzanine financings and the formation of joint ventures, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and other equity/participation arrangements.
Ms. Moletto received her J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2004 and her B.A. cum laude from Binghamton University in 1999. She is admitted to practice law in New York and California.
