Nathaniel Glasser is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP's Labor and Employment Law Department. Nathaniel’s practice focuses on the representation of employers in all areas of labor and employment relations. He represents clients in state and federal court employment litigation and administrative proceedings, including claims of unlawful discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and tort claims. Nathaniel also has experience representing clients in disputes arising from collective bargaining relationships and in advising clients on compliance with applicable labor laws.

Nathaniel has written and contributed to several articles on various employment and labor law topics, such as the labor and employment section of the New York Law Journal’s Court of Appeals: The Year in Review, where he co-authored “Labor Decisions Focus on Public Sector” (Sept. 11, 2006).

Nathaniel received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. He received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 2004, where he served as an executive editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics. Nathaniel also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William G. Bassler of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, from 2004-2005.
