| Biography:
John H. Snyder is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department
in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP.
John handles general litigation matters in both state and federal courts involving
commercial disputes, as well as securities matters before the NASD. He also
counsels arts organizations in matters that include incorporation and obtaining
tax-exempt status. Before coming to Proskauer, he worked as a law clerk for
Judge A. Richard Caputo of the United States District Court of the Middle District
of Pennsylvania.
John received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2002, and received his A.B.
from Brown University, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude. While in law school,
he served as a mediator in the Massachusetts courts and taught sessions on mediation
to other students and practitioners.
John is admitted to practice in New York. He is a member of the New York State
and City Bar Associations, and is a member of the New York City Bar Association
Committee on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar.
