| Biography:
Noah Siskind Gitterman is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is resident in Proskauer’s New York office. Noah’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property and antitrust disputes. Before entering private practice, Noah served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice John M. Evans of the Federal Court of Appeal, Canada, from 2002-2003.
Noah received his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2002. He earned his B.A. (Honours) from McGill University in 1998. Noah was admitted to practice in New York in 2005 and in Ontario, Canada in 2003.
