| Biography:
Andrea R. Bernstein graduated with honors from the Harvard Law School in 1998, after graduating from Emory University, summa cum laude. She began her career in New York where she gained state and federal civil litigation experience in a wide range of areas. Upon relocating to Florida in early 2001, Ms. Bernstein joined Proskauer's Boca Raton office, and since that time has focused her practice exclusively in the areas of labor, employment, and ERISA litigation.
Ms. Bernstein is admitted to practice in Florida and New York, and before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Andrea's high achievement on the bar exam resulted in her being honored as the speaker during the attorney admission ceremony for the Fourth District of Appeal.
