Biography:

Eben A. Krim is an associate in the Labor and Employment Group at Proskauer Rose LLP.

Mr. Krim's practice focuses on the representation of employers in numerous industries on a wide range of labor and employment matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies with respect to employment discrimination claims and other employment disputes. Mr. Krim's practice also includes counseling clients and providing advice on topics such as discipline, termination, wage and hour, and leave issues.

Mr. Krim also has experience representing clients in disputes arising from collective bargaining relationships, and in matters before the National Labor Relations Board and related State and City agencies. He has defended employers in discharge and grievance arbitrations, and provided advice to clients in applying collective bargaining agreements and complying with applicable labor laws.

Mr. Krim received his B.A., cum laude, with concentrations in Psychology and Philosophy from Colgate University in 1996. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Boston College Law School in 2001, where he served as Topics and Notes Editor of the Boston College Law Review. Mr. Krim also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Cordy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 2001-2002.

Mr. Krim is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and New York and is registered to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Massachusetts.
