Biography:

Robert H. Horn is senior counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Mr. Horn practices from the Los Angeles office.

Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Horn has extensive litigation experience encompassing a wide variety of subject areas, including contract, securities, intellectual property, trade secrets and unfair competition, entertainment law, civil rights, criminal and regulatory investigations, and wage and hour class actions. Mr. Horn has handled all aspects of litigation, from temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, depositions and discovery, and motion practice, to trials on the merits. Mr. Horn also has handled numerous appeals in the federal courts and California state courts.

Mr. Horn is a 1987 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He served as an extern to the Honorable Joseph T. Sneed, United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Horn graduated with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1982.

Mr. Horn is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States District Court, Central District of California; the United States District Court, Northern District of California; the United States District Court, Southern District of California; and the California Supreme Court.
