Biography:

Kelly Baldwin Corso is a member of Proskauer Rose LLP's Environmental Practice Group, based in the New York office. Kelly's practice at Proskauer is concentrated in counseling clients respecting environmental risks in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and financings, environmental compliance and remediation, and administrative proceedings.

Admitted to practice in New York, Kelly is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Environmental Law Section, where she is currently the Co-Chair of the Environmental Business Transactions Committee. She is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association.

Kelly recently co-authored “The Reach of REACH - What Companies Need to Know About the European Union's New Chemical Regulation”, published by Bloomberg Finance L.P., in the Bloomberg Corporate Law Journal (Vol. 3, Issue 3, Summer 2008).

A 2001 cum laude graduate of American University Washington College of Law, Kelly served as Note & Comment Editor for the American University Law Review from 2000-2001 and as a Staff Member for the Law Review from 1999-2000.
