Biography:
Stephen A. Devaney is Senior Counsel in the Corporate Department at Proskauer
Rose. His practice frequently involves advising institutional investors with respect
to investments in domestic and international venture capital, buyout, real estate
and hedge funds. Stephen also represents financial institutions and institutional
leaders in their financing activities, including senior secured and unsecured
financings, as well as mezzanine financings.
Stephen is a cum laude graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where he
was a staff member on the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Stephen has an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont.
