| Biography:
Wendy J. Schriber joined Proskauer Rose LLP in 1978 and is a partner in the Firm's Real Estate Department. Wendy's practice has involved a broad spectrum of real estate law matters and certain private equity and related corporate law matters. Wendy has handled acquisitions, financings and sales of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties and other commercial real estate projects and residential condominium projects located in New York City and throughout the United States. She is also a member of the Firm’s Lodging and Gaming Practice Group and has represented clients in the acquisition, development, sale and financing of hotel and related ventures. She is one of the leading experts on sale and leaseback transactions and is also very knowledgeable in the taxation of real estate transactions.

- Representation of U.S. Realty Advisors in connection with the acquisition, financing and net leasing to McDonald’s Corporation of over 800 parcels of land throughout the United States.
- Representation of DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners III, LP in connection with the financing of a condominium development in Jersey City, New Jersey.
- Representation of the Plumbers and Pipefitters National Pipefitters Fund in connection with various real estate matters relating to its ownership of The Westin Diplomat Resort and Convention Center located in Hollywood and Hallendale, Florida.
- Representation of Coalco NY AG in connection with the financing of a condominium development in New York City.
- Representation of affiliates of U.S. Realty Advisors in connection with the acquisition from American Airlines of certain aircraft engines, the financing thereof and the leaseback of such aircraft engines to American Airlines.
- Representation of U.S. Realty Advisors in connection with the acquisition and financing of property located in San Diego, California and the leasing of such property to San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
- Representation of The Related Companies in connection with the acquisition of interests in the United States Patent and Trademark Headquarters Office Complex located in Alexandria, Virginia.
- Representation of U.S. Realty Advisors in connection with the acquisition and financing of property located in Providence, Rhode Island leased to the State of Rhode Island.
- Representation of U.S. Realty Advisors in connection with the acquisition and financing of property located in Palo Alto, California leased to Goldman Sachs.
- Representation of Intercontinental Hotels Group in connection with the acquisition of the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel located in New York, New York and related transactions.
- Representation of Club Med, Inc. in connection with the sale and leasebacks of resort properties located in Port St. Lucie, Florida and in Ixtapa and Cancun, Mexico, and the subsequent reacquisition of such properties.
- Representation of U.S. Realty Advisors in connection with the acquisition and financing of property located in New Britain, Connecticut and the leasing of such property to The Stanley Works.
Wendy received an undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1975 and a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School in 1978.
