| Biography:
Robert represents publicly traded companies and investor-funded private companies as outside corporate counsel. His clients are primarily in the technology sector and include life sciences and telecommunications firms. With his breadth of experience in structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and commercial transactions, Robert is a partner to his clients' senior management and boards of directors in identifying and implementing effective means to achieve corporate objectives.
His work also includes financing transactions, including private and public equity financings, unsecured and asset-based credit facilities and other debt arrangements.
In the M&A area, Robert represents acquirors and sellers of entire enterprises and divisions or product lines in diverse transactional settings, including technology licenses, mergers, leveraged buy-outs, management-led buy-outs and going-private transactions. He also counsels clients concerning proxy contests and other corporate control matters.
Robert has broad experience representing companies in the life sciences sector, from their early stages of development to their maturity as publicly held concerns.
