| Biography:
Scott Eggers is senior counsel and member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He is resident in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP.
Scott’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving corporate finance, corporate governance, and limited partnership litigation in numerous contexts. Scott has represented parties in several high profile bankruptcy litigations.
Scott is also a member of the litigation section of Proskauer’s sports practice, and has represented major sports leagues and professional sports clubs in litigations and arbitrations involving player issues, licensing disputes and bankruptcy proceedings.
Scott received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 1987 and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. While at law school, Scott served on the Fordham Law Review.
