September 14, 2006 REPLAY: Dealing with Online Anonymity: How Businesses Can Unmask Unknown Wrongdoers (CLICK HERE)
Faculty: CHRISTOPHER WOLF

Many people do not want the things they say or do online to be connected with their real identity. While anonymous communications historically have played an important part in our political and social discourse, in the Internet era people say and do things anonymously (or they hide behind the shield of pseudonymous user names) that can cause real injury to businesses and other people. This session of the Proskauer on Privacy webinar will review the state of the law concerning the identification of online wrongdoers so that legal rights may be vindicated. The program will include practical tips to deal with anonymous wrongdoers.
