Our London lawyers provide advice to clients regarding fund formation, structuring and capital-raising matters as well as investments, financings and exits and related debt and restructuring issues. Indeed, our private investment funds team was recognized as among the "Best in the UK" by Chambers UK and the lawyers are part of our globally recognized practice. They are supported by a tax group led by a committee member of both the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and British Venture Capital Association, who is acknowledged for her ability to simplify even the most complicated tax structures for business matters.
While our representation of private investment funds, including buyout funds and venture capital funds, and investors is a cornerstone of our broader corporate practice, we also handle an array of sophisticated transactions, from middle-market to large, multi-jurisdictional deals, offering one-stop service.
