The general commercial litigators in our Boca Raton office handle complex civil litigation before federal and state courts and are experienced in alternative dispute resolution. The diversity of background and experience among our Florida litigators, together with the support they receive from our international platform, allows us to represent clients in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, securities litigation and arbitration, real estate disputes, corporate law, financial services and contract claims. They are also experienced in probate litigation and are part of the firm’s national Fiduciary Litigation Group.
As part of our national Health Care Department, our Boca Raton-based lawyers represent virtually every type of participant in the health care industry. We have a particular focus on structuring and negotiating corporate transactions and general operation and administrative contracts.
