The Proskauer Women's Alliance is a resource affinity group for women lawyers at Proskauer. The Women's Alliance:

hosts social and professional development events designed to build and strengthen relationships among lawyers within the firm;

increases the visibility of women lawyers to firm leaders;

encourages leadership opportunities for women lawyers;

fosters business development opportunities for women lawyers; and

provides women lawyers with tools to help them define their success.
The Women's Alliance serves as an advisory group to the firm’s Diversity Steering Committee, Business Development Committee and management on issues of importance to women lawyers, including the promotion of women lawyers to equity partnership and leadership positions within the firm.
The Women's Alliance steering committee is comprised of 14 women associates from across the firm’s practice areas and eight domestic offices. The Alliance continues to grow, with the goal of serving as a valuable resource for women lawyers and management at the firm.
